Return & Exchange Conditions:
- Return Period:
- Customers can return or exchange products within 14 days from the purchase date if the product is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items with any tearing, damage, or alteration to the packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Eligibility for Return & Exchange:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- An original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Exchange is subject to item availability.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing their original tags.
- Items specifically mentioned as non-returnable (e.g., custom-made or final sale items).
- Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- Cash-on-delivery (COD) refunds may be issued as an INSTAPAY /Â Mobile wallet or direct bank transfer.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
 Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. - Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange at no extra cost.
- Customers should report any defect within 7 days of receiving the order.
